Global Direct Tax Lead – Trading & Transfer Pricing

Nebula Partners seeks a Senior/Group Tax Manager to lead UK corporate tax, international tax and transfer pricing for a private commodity trader with a global footprint. You will report to the c-suite and work with the global tax team, with colleagues in the US and tax specialists in London.

The role requires a 360-degree skill set in tax compliance, accounting and advisory, with hands-on execution and strong stakeholder engagement across Finance, Treasury and Operations.
