Strategic Tech Product Leader for PRO & Corporate Functions

Starbucks EMEA is seeking a senior product leader to define and deliver the technology strategy for enterprise functions across EMEA. You will own the PRO portfolio, including ATS and Careers Website, plus platforms for Finance, Corporate Functions and Legal teams.

You’ll drive a multi-year roadmap, balance business value with technical health, and partner with senior leaders to maximise adoption and outcomes. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.
