Chief Insurance Regulation & Supervision Lead

Search-Select LTD is recruiting a Head of Insurance in the Isle of Man. This senior role oversees the regulatory framework for the island’s insurance sector, including life, general, captive and intermediary insurers, with leadership of the Prudential Supervision Division and related policy teams.

You will drive risk-based supervision, governance, and data quality, shaping strategies, engagement with regulators, industry bodies, and governance forums.
