Europe Customer Advocacy Lead

Adyen is seeking a Customer Advocacy Lead, Europe, to elevate both Adyen’s voice and merchant perspectives across payments. You will build advisory boards, scale merchant communities, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed advocacy into the customer lifecycle.

You’ll influence industry bodies, translate trends into insights, and lead thought leadership efforts, shaping how Adyen engages with customers and partners across Europe.
