Senior Compliance Advisor – Insurance Policy & Oversight

Policy Expert in London seeks a Compliance Leader (Advisory & Oversight) to provide regulatory advice and independent oversight across the business. You will partner with the Group Head of Compliance and lead a small team to embed compliant-by-design practices in products, pricing, and customer journeys.

You will guide senior stakeholders, manage regulatory change programs, and ensure effective remediation of issues with strong governance and reporting to senior leadership.
