Responsibilities

• Advise HNW individuals, property investors and commercial clients on bespoke mortgage solutions.
• Structure and package complex cases for successful lender approvals.
• Build and nurture client relationships and a personal referral network.
• Maintain strong relationships with private banks, specialist lenders, and mainstream lenders.
• Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth case processing and client satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, lender criteria and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with strong regulatory understanding.
• Proven track record in mortgage broking – ideally HNW, residential or commercial.
• Ability to generate business through networks or referrals desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.
• Confident managing complex or high‑value mortgage cases.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and comfortable in a self‑employed setting.
