US & EU Tax Compliance Counsel for Private Equity Funds

coni + partner seeks a legally qualified US tax specialist to support our client, an international bank in Zurich, with cross-border tax and reporting expertise.

In this role you advise on US and EU tax compliance for private equity investments, review complex fund structures, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and investors on tax matters and K-1 reporting. Fluent English is required, with strong CRS/AEOI and private markets experience. Intercultural teams welcome.
