Director of Packaging – High-Density GaN Power

Cambridge GaN Devices Ltd is seeking a Director of Packaging to lead the packaging function for high-speed GaN power semiconductors. The role reports to the VP of Research & Development and shapes the future of packaging technologies for CGD’s products.

The position is based in Cambridge, UK, with some international travel to subcontractors. You will drive complex decisions, balance priorities and build capability across the team while hands-on technically contributing.
