What if the next generation of AI wasn’t just working with information, but helping build things in the real world? An early-stage technology company is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help turn a highly ambitious AI product into reality. The team is tackling genuinely difficult problems around AI agents, complex data and real-world built systems. This is an opportunity to join extremely early and work on technology where there is still a huge amount to figure out.

The Role

• Build across the product, from backend systems to user-facing applications
• Design and ship AI-powered functionality into production
• Work with LLMs, agents, retrieval and complex data
• Make key architectural decisions as the platform scales
• Work directly with the founding team and have a major say in what gets built

About You

• Strong Full Stack engineering background
• Significant hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs in production
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript
• Comfortable owning projects from idea to deployment
• Naturally curious about how AI systems actually work
• Founder mentality: high agency, pragmatic and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing
• Tiny team. Serious technical problems. Massive ownership.
