Behavox is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to drive people programs that fuel high performance across the business. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will influence leaders, design workforce plans, and ensure alignment with global frameworks while localizing for UK needs.

You will lead UK HR initiatives as the London site leader, partner with COEs, manage complex employee relations, and shape talent strategies during rapid growth.
