Hub Transition Manager — Readiness & KT Coordination

BDO LLP seeks a Hubs Transition Manager to lead and coordinate readiness for incoming transitions at the London hub. You will ensure onboarding readiness, knowledge transfer oversight and alignment with deployment teams, providing hub leadership with clear visibility of wave demands.

The role requires coordinating onboarding, pre-KT readiness and local training, and working closely with the Hub Director and management team to manage staffing and escalation of risks across multiple waves.
