Senior Actuarial Analyst – GI Reserving & IFRS 17 | Day Rate Contract | London (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst for a short-term contract supporting BAU year-end actuarial delivery, covering reserving (captives and corporate balance sheet provisions) and IFRS 17 valuations.

Acting as Project Manager, you’ll oversee delivery of engagements, coordinate junior analysts, and work under the oversight of Peer Reviewers to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

What you’ll need:

• ~5 years’ non-life actuarial experience, with strong reserving and IFRS 17 expertise
• Experience coordinating delivery of equivalent consulting engagements (or in-house equivalent)
• A desire to coach and develop junior colleagues
• Comfort communicating with captive Boards and/or corporate risk/insurance/finance stakeholders
• Location: London, hybrid (3 days/week in office
• Contract: Day rate, short-term
