Senior AML Operations Lead (EDD, TM & Data Governance)

WorldFirst, a global international payments business, is seeking an experienced AML Operations professional to join our London team. You will drive regulatory compliance, data governance, and operational efficiency across EDD, TM, and screening workflows.

Responsibilities include leading AML-related data governance initiatives, implementing automation, and collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Tech to strengthen controls and risk management. Fluent English required; Dutch is a plus.
