Lead Product Designer – ESG Reporting & AI (London)

Watershed in London is seeking a product designer to lead our reporting team and scale our platform for global impact. You will partner with product and engineering from vision to execution, shaping the end-to-end experience for our ESG reporting tools.

You will drive discovery, build a clear product strategy, and collaborate with GTM to understand market needs. A strong background in AI-enabled design and B2B software is preferred, with a passion for climate and sustainability.
