Copello partners with an established engineering business to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. This strategic role partners with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive performance and foster a high‑performing culture across UK sites.
You’ll lead organisational change, talent development and employee engagement, advise on UK employment law, support succession planning and use HR data to inform decisions. Travel to sites may be required.
