Senior Flow Room Ops & Incident Control Lead

Very Group is seeking a Senior Flow Room Operations & Incident Control Manager to lead the 24/7 automated fulfilment centre and ensure stock moves meet customer promises. You will oversee inventory across millions of units and act as the senior point of control during incidents.

You’ll manage a team of Shift Managers and Inventory leaders, drive data-based decisions, and own the relationship with KNAPP for system performance and improvements.
