Senior HR Business Partner & People Strategy Lead

PSD Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across key corporate functions in the United Kingdom. The role acts as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, handling employee relations, workforce planning, talent, performance, reward, compliance and organisational change.

The role also oversees payroll, HR systems and reporting, and may deputise for the HR Director.
