Senior Corporate Finance Manager – SME Deals & Growth

W Talent is partnering with a well-established professional services group to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager in London. You will lead SME and lower mid-market transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, fundraising and exits.

This role combines hands-on deal execution with client relationship management, business development and team leadership, with the ability to travel to clients and other offices as required.
