Senior Child Protection Practitioner – MACPT Lead

Opus People Solutions Ltd in Coventry is recruiting two Lead Child Protection Practitioners to join the newly established Multi-Agency Child Protection Team. This senior role provides leadership across partner agencies and shapes safeguarding practice within Coventry’s MACPT.

You will chair strategy discussions, oversee complex safeguarding decisions and ensure statutory requirements are met, while guiding a new service model under Families First reforms. Hybrid working and umbrella pay apply.
