SALAD is a UK consumer fintech lender seeking a lifecycle marketing lead to own CRM, lifecycle, and customer communications. You will manage end-to-end programmes across email, RCS and SMS, and drive conversion alongside paid acquisition.

You will own the website roadmap, SEO, and testing, coordinating PR and content strategies to build trust with customers. You will work with Risk and Compliance to ensure regulated communications, and you’ll lead a small team in a fast-growing environment
