Senior HSE Manager – Safety, Sustainability & Compliance

Tilda, part of the Ebro Foods group, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead the company’s HSE function across our FMCG manufacturing sites in the UK. You will ensure compliance with UK legislation, drive continuous improvement, implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and promote a proactive safety culture in support of sustainability goals.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership, plus extensive experience in high‑risk production environments.
