Our client is a dynamic hedge fund that, due to a period of sustained growth, is looking for a Fund Performance & Attribution Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing performance & attribution workflow as well as data pipeline architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and improve Performance & Attribution methodologies for equity & fixed income securities.
2. Identify, build and implement internal process improvements.
3. Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.
4. Evaluate business needs and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience within a Performance & Attribution role at a buy-side firm.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3. Working knowledge of programming languages, specifically Python is essential.
4. Experience with Power BI & SQL considered an advantage.
