AI Governance Talent Programs Lead

Centre for the Governance of AI, Inc. seeks a Talent Program Manager to design, test, and scale programs moving talent into AI governance roles. You’ll run referrals, pilot senior visitor initiatives, and build ongoing career support as part of our Talent Development work.

Associate level offers may be made for promising applicants not ready for full responsibilities. The role is based in London with visa sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates; strong remote options may be considered.
