Senior Lead, Family Safeguarding (Hybrid)

Cambridge County Council is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead Assessment & Family Safeguarding across Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire and East Cambridgeshire. You will guide practice, safeguard children and drive performance in a senior social work leadership role.

The post requires a Qualified Social Worker with leadership experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to collaborate with multi-agency partners. Hybrid working with office presence is expected.
