What you will do

• Design, review, and optimise complex ETL/ELT frameworks using Snowflake and dbt to ensure platform performance and reliability.
• Manage and coach a team of analytics engineers, conducting code reviews and setting technical OKRs to foster continuous improvement.
• Lead the strategy and governance for the BI layer, driving adoption of self‑service analytics and building advanced dashboards for cross‑functional leaders.

The ideal candidate

• Significant experience in data engineering, specifically within high‑growth e‑commerce or D2C environments using Snowflake and dbt at scale.
• Technical proficiency in SQL optimisation and Python for automation, alongside experience with cloud‑native architectures like AWS S3 and Glue.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and mentor engineering talent while driving technical design reviews and data observability standards.
