What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals.
- Drive revenue, profitability and quota attainment.
- Build a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous development.
- Own pipeline, forecasting and sales execution.
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned to business priorities.
- Support complex opportunities and help teams overcome barriers to success.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and HPE stakeholders.
- Recruit and retain exceptional sales talent.
- Champion HPE’s values and deliver great customer outcomes.

- Proven sales leadership or people management experience.
- A track record of delivering against ambitious targets.
