Highways Civil Works Manager: Lead Regional Site Delivery

Randstad CPE is seeking a Works Manager to lead regional highways and civils packages on-site in Banbury/Oxfordshire. You will own site delivery, coordinate direct labour and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and daily output from the ground up.

The role requires hands-on leadership, successful management of live infrastructure schemes, and holding CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work qualifications. UK driving licence and mobility are essential.
