HR BUSINESS PARTNER (14-MONTH FTC) | LONDON | HYBRID WORKING | £85,000

A leading legal firm is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its People team on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

This is a strategic and operational HR role partnering with senior leaders to deliver people solutions that support business performance, employee engagement, talent development and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across designated business areas
• Lead complex employee relations matters and provide risk-aware guidance
• Support talent management, succession planning and performance processes
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
• Provide HR input on organisational change and workforce planning
• Coach and develop HR team members
• Lead and contribute to firm-wide HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led environment
• Strong employee relations expertise and UK employment law knowledge
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) preferred
