Yonder is a London-based consumer fintech building an award-winning credit and debit membership that replaces traditional points systems with real-world dining and travel rewards. Founded in 2021, the company focuses on making complex financial products feel effortless, flexible, and enjoyable for its growing member base.

Задачи:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for the squad, taking ambiguous product problems from initial concept to high-fidelity, shipped mobile features
• Conduct direct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and ensure every feature solves member pain points and builds trust
• Evolve and maintain the Yonder design system across typography, layout, and complex interaction patterns

Требования:

• Proven track record shipping high-quality, consumer-facing native mobile applications
• Deep understanding of mobile-specific design patterns and craftExpert-level visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Highly collaborative generalist comfortable handling research, UX, UI, and content design independently
• Comfortable working closely with engineering and product partners
