Leadership & Culture Change Program Lead

LA International seeks a Leadership & Culture Change Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of the Leadership and Culture Programme across nuclear energy and construction. The role focuses on achieving quality, time and budget targets while managing risks and benefits in a safety-critical environment.

You will develop change management strategies, engage stakeholders, coordinate external partners and suppliers, and ensure adoption of change within BAU operations.
