In-House Employment Counsel | Oxford | Strategic Policy

SSQ in Oxford is seeking an Employment Counsel to join its in-house Legal team on a permanent basis. You will manage your own employment matters from start to finish, including complex litigation, with exposure to policy development and process improvement.

Working directly with senior stakeholders, you will advise HR and management, draft policies, deliver trainings, and help develop legal operations, including use of technology and AI.
