Senior Real Estate Transactions Accounting Lead

Welltower is seeking a London-based Transactions Accounting specialist to support UK deal activity, coordinate with Legal, Investments, Tax, and the US team, and oversee UK GAAP/FRS102 compliance through complex real estate transactions.

You will analyze accounting implications, prepare memos, and ensure timely, accurate journal entries across UK and US GAAP considerations, working with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
