Corporate Finance Manager: Lead SME Deals & Client Growth

W Talent Finance is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager in London. You will lead day-to-day delivery of SME and lower mid-market transactions, including sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, fundraising and shareholder exits.

You will build relationships with owners and senior stakeholders while contributing to deal execution and business development. The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent, with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate finance and strong financial modelling
