Stock Condition Surveyor – Social Housing & Legal Reports

Daniel Owen Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong background in Social Housing or Local Authority property portfolios to lead stock condition surveys and defect diagnosis.

You will produce robust technical and legal reports, prepare specifications and cost estimates, and liaise with housing teams, legal teams and contractors to support maintenance and asset management programmes.
