Technical Programme Manager — Transformation Leader (Hybrid)

Tesco is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the Customer Fulfilment domain to drive projects from ideation through launch across the UK, ROI and Central Europe. You will lead diverse teams and engage senior stakeholders across UX/UI, Product and Engineering to realise programme benefits.

Reporting to a Lead TPM, you will shape strategy, manage communications and training, and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual, while keeping customers and colleagues at the centre of change.
