Pure Resourcing Limited in London is seeking an experienced Finance Broker- Commercial Real Estate to join a hybrid team. You will originate and structure debt financing across senior, mezzanine and structured finance for CRE assets, coordinating with borrowers, lenders and investors from initial assessment through to completion.

The role requires strong credit analysis, security appraisal, and lender relationship-building with exposure to banks, debt funds and insurers.
