Regulatory Compliance SME – AI & Financial Services

A high-growth AI firm in financial services is looking for a Regulatory Compliance SME to help shape and deliver next-generation compliance solutions. The company partners with major financial institutions and is building technology that translates complex regulations into actionable logic.

What you’ll do:

• Break down regulatory texts into clear requirements and frameworks
• Collaborate with product/engineering to embed regulatory logic into AI models
• Review AI outputs as a Human-in-the-Loop for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct compliance assessments, obligation mapping, and gap analyses

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or non-financial risk
• Background in large FS institutions or consulting firms
• Hands‑on SME comfortable delivering detailed, high‑quality work
• Work at the forefront of AI in regulatory compliance
• Influence product strategy and shape a growing platform
