Senior MEP QS: Lead High-Value Data Centre Delivery

Crown House Technologies is recruiting an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Dagenham, leading all commercial aspects of major MEP packages within fast-paced data centre projects for Laing O’Rourke’s delivery platform.

You will provide full commercial, contractual and financial management to drive profit, cash flow and margin targets across pre-construction and construction phases, while guiding the commercial team and subcontractors to deliver complex MEP solutions.
