This is a Full time opportunity (£85,000).

Principal Fire Risk Assessor/ Complex Fire Risk Assessor – Lancashire

Relocation support available: this role offers potential relocation package and opportunities to lead a team in North West England. Candidates in Lancashire, Manchester, Yorkshire, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Level 4 or 5 / Tier 3 Risk assessor (Egress, Evacuation, Stay Put) for Complex Buildings
• Lead and develop fire risk assessment activities; manage a team as appropriate
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance in line with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fire Risk Assessor at Level 4 or 5 / Tier 3 for complex buildings
• Strong knowledge of fire risk assessment methodologies (Egress, Evacuation, Stay Put)
• Good work-life balance and willingness to travel as needed
