EMEA People Operations Leader

Elliott Scott – HR search & recruitment is partnering with a global hedge fund to find a People Operations Lead. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of HR Operations experience, a strong understanding of HR practices, and proficiency in Workday. This role involves leading onboarding processes, managing international mobility, and improving operational efficiency.
