I’m working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Advisor to join their Reward & HR team.

This is a broad, high-impact role responsible for supporting and developing a comprehensive UK and international benefits offering while contributing to wider reward initiatives. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence reward and benefits strategy across a global organisation.

Key requirements:

• Strong employee benefits experience who really understands the benefits processes and feels comfortable dealing with brokers and making recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and analytical capability
• Experience within legal or other professional services preferred
• Exposure to reward projects advantageous
