Freelance M&E QS – 36-Storey High-Rise, London (Inside IR35)

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a site-based team on a flagship 650,000 sq ft, 36-storey all-electric commercial tower in the City of London. You will manage commercial control across MEP sub-contracts, handle variations, valuations, and cost reporting, and work closely with tier-1 contractor and specialist trades.

Immediate start or short-notice availability is preferred; Inside IR35 assignments via umbrella or PAYE.
