HR Compliance Lead – SMCR & Risk Controls

ICBC Standard Bank Plc in London seeks an HR Compliance Manager to deliver operational HR compliance, regulatory and control activities across the employee lifecycle. This role includes ownership of SMCR, Fitness & Propriety, background screening, regulatory records, and audit support.
