Lead Data Engineer – Remote UK, Own the Data Platform

LGBT Great is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own and shape the data engineering capability in a fully remote role across the UK. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, with responsibility for designing scalable data platforms, pipelines and data models while mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions, using Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python and SQL in production environments.
