Lucid Support Services Ltd. seeks a Capex Project Controls & Governance Manager to lead the budget control, governance and reporting across a major capital investment programme. Hybrid role in Luton with exposure to senior stakeholders and portfolio-level insights.

You will own CAPEX budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, driving continuous PMO improvement and governance maturity within a complex infrastructure environment.
