ASSOCIATE MECHANICAL ENGINEER (BUILDING SERVICES)

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through enhanced business relationships.
• Lead on all aspects of projects across various sectors and sizes.
• Manage all aspects of mechanical projects in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
• Motivate, lead and develop team members.
• Manage and coordinate project resources.
• Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.
• Provide clear technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong technical design skills, with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• 7+ years experience leading mechanical design on projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Successfully further implement the OCSC M&E philosophy of clarity, excellence and continual progression.
• Chartered Engineer preferable. OCSC can support a candidate seeking chartership.
