Regional Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller / Cluster Financial Controller / Regional Finance professional to join a leading international hospitality group.

This is a genuinely commercial finance leadership role, partnering with senior operational teams across a significant London hotel portfolio. Bsed in London This is a hybrid role.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving financial performance and profitability
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Business partnering with GMs and senior operational leaders
• Providing commercial insight and challenge
• Leading and developing a regional finance team
• Driving strong financial controls and continuous improvement

• Strong hospitality / hotel / multi-site experience
• Proven commercial business partnering skills
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership and analytical capability
