UK Import Customs Manager — Cross-Border Lead

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, seeks an experienced Customs Manager to oversee UK import clearance for cross-border shipments. You will coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely clearance and accurate documentation.

The role includes building a small team (1–2), driving process standardisation, monitoring KPIs, and staying up to date with UK policy changes. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in customs or cross-border logistics are expected.
