VP, UX & Product Design — Design Systems Lead

Citi is seeking a UX / Product Design Lead to own design quality across product areas. You will mentor designers, shape end-to-end experiences, and drive reusable patterns within our Design System.

You’ll collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality assets and ensure accessibility. A hybrid work model is available, with emphasis on mentorship and continuous learning.
