Founding Product Lead — Business Banking

Ayan Capital in London is seeking a product leader to build our business banking from zero. You won’t inherit a roadmap; you’ll decide what to launch first, who to build it for, how the economics should work, and how to get the first version into customers’ hands.

You will own volume, revenue, margins, and unit economics, work directly with the founders, and move fast from idea to live product. This is a high-ownership role with equity, full-time London work, and partners you’ll select to launch
